A post-mortem on our UAE simulation pack — what the population taught us about the limits of demographic averaging.

Founder · April 16, 2026We spent three months curating 500 UAE agents — Emirati, expat, blue collar, executive, retiree, student — each with persistent memory and the kind of personality that survives across multiple decisions.
A national average in the UAE is almost meaningless. The simulator only becomes useful when the agents carry the specific grain of where they live, what they do, and which passport they carry.
“The most informative reaction to a new housing policy did not come from the median agent. It came from a 52-year-old taxi driver in Sharjah who had been in the system for eleven prior simulations and remembered every one of them.”
